For any pool party with more than 10 non-member guests a reservation must be made. If you are interested in hosting a pool party, please read the information below and submit a reservation. The Clubhouse Rental Coordinator will confirm your reservation and issue an invoice. For questions, please contact Clubhouse Rental Coordinator, clubhouserental@mantuastc.org

**Note: Pool is open to all members during pool party rentals
1. A Pool Party Guest List must be completed and submitted to the Clubhouse Coordinator 10 days prior to the Pool Party. Guest passes must be purchased through website prior to event
2. If children and teenagers are involved, there must be at least one chaperone per l5 children/ teenagers.
3. All Party guests must sign in at the desk before admittance against the master list provided by the host.
4. All party guests must obey pool rules. Lifeguards will enforce rules.
5. There will be an additional charge for any extra life guards that may be required. This will be determined be the pool manager.
6. No refunds are given if pool is closed due to inclement weather. If there is inclement weather, all guests must leave pool deck and upper deck.
7. Pool parties must end by 9:00 p.m.
8. There is NO SMOKING anywhere on Club premises.
There will be no pool parties permitted on Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Holiday and Labor Day Weekend
