For Non-Owners/New Members/Renters

Products in this sections are for non-members or non-owners. Home owners in our membership boundary can join our Wait List to Purchase a Membership. MSTC also offers a limited number of Rental Memberships each year. Anyone living in our membership boundary (including those waiting to purchase a membership) may rent an MSTC Rental Membership. Apply by joining our Wait List to Rent a Membership. Invoicing for Rental Memberships will begin in late March/early April. The 2025 Rental Waitlist will open at 7:00pm on Sunday 2/23. If this is your first time joining the Rental Waitlist, you will be asked to provide proof (lease, mortgage, bill, etc) that you live within the MSTC Boundaries.

Homeowners in the shaded area are eligible to join Mantua Swim & Tennis Club. All other addresses outside of the boundary are not eligible for membership with the club. The Application Fee is non-refundable, even if it is determined that the applicant resides (or moves) outside of the membership boundary. You can check our residency map here

Wait List Fee – Purchase- Expected Wait: 4 years - Select if you are a homeowner who wishes to purchase an MSTC membership. Application Fee is non-refundable.

What’s Next After Paying Online?

If you purchased a Membership, you can then sign into the Member Dashboard using the default PIN of 1111 (if you are a first-time member).

From there, you can fill in your Household info, change your PIN, read member-only news, and much more!
