Home owners
in our
membership boundary
can join our Wait List to Purchase a Membership. MSTC also offers a limited number of Rental Memberships each year. Anyone living in our
membership boundary
(including those waiting to purchase a membership) may rent an MSTC Rental Membership. Apply by joining our Wait List to Rent a Membership. Invoicing for Rental Memberships will begin in late March/early April. The 2024 Rental Waitlist will open at 7:00pm on Sunday 2/4. If this is your first time joining the Rental Waitlist, you will be asked to provide proof (lease, mortgage, bill, etc) that you live within the MSTC Boundaries.

All other addresses outside of the boundary are not eligible for membership
with the club.
The Application Fee is non-refundable
