Looking to improve your endurance, technique, or just enjoy an early-morning workout? Join our Masters Swim program—a challenging and rewarding session designed for experienced swimmers of all levels.
Led by Coach Meghan Saladino, each workout includes:
A warm-up set of up to 600 meters
A main set of up to 2500 meters
A cool-down to close it out
Swimmers are grouped by ability across lanes, with participants ranging from former college athletes and triathletes to recreational swimmers who simply love to swim.
Schedule:
📅 Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
🕕 6:15 AM – 7:15 AM
🗓️ June 16 – August 15, 2025
Cost:
💲$5 per session, payable with Mantua Bucks
👥 Members may bring a guest using their Mantua Bucks (1 guest = 1 session = $5 Mantua Bucks)
